Application Process

1. Submit Participant Information Form. Both participant and parent/guardian must acknowledge.

2. Download the Rules and Regulations form

3. Upload the SIGNED Rules and Regulations form

4. Remit the $300.00 participation fee. Payment can be made using one of these methods:

- Mail check or money order made payable to DOEC to the address below OR pay electronically via the DOEC website at https://www.doecinc.org/donate/. Choose "Other" then "I would like this donation to go to a specific fund" then "Jabberwock"

- If you are experiencing financial hardship, please use the Fee Waiver Request form to be considered for participation fee aid. 

5. Send an official transcript with a minimum unweighted cumulative grade point average of 2.5 on a 4.0 scale. Your official transcript must be sent directly from the school representative through one of the formats below:
